By accessing or using LeadMaxCoach services, info products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

LeadMaxCoach provides leadership and executive coaching sessions designed to enhance professional development and organizational performance.

3. Info Products

LeadMaxCoach offers digital resources including training courses, downloadable guides, and templates focused on leadership and executive skills.

4. Goods

Physical items such as books, workbooks, and branded materials are available for purchase through our site.

5. Payment

All fees are due in advance. We accept major payment methods as indicated during checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access or services.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund terms vary by item type:

• Coaching Services: Due to the personalized nature, coaching sessions are nonrefundable. However, you may reschedule an appointment by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Info Products: If you are not satisfied with a digital resource, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have accessed no more than 20% of the content. Refunds are not available after this period or if usage exceeds 20%.
• Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

To initiate a refund or reschedule a session, please visit our contact page. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by LeadMaxCoach are the property of LeadMaxCoach or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadMaxCoach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, info products, or goods, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
